Founder's Note
I created Rooted Wellness Counseling because I know what it feels like to look like you have it all together—while quietly running on empty. After years in the corporate world, coaching others through their own goals while ignoring my own exhaustion, I hit a wall. What helped me wasn’t a quick fix—it was slowing down, getting grounded, and doing the deeper work.
That’s what Rooted Wellness is about. This practice is built for individuals like you: strong, capable, and carrying more than most people know. Whether you’re navigating burnout, motherhood, trauma, or the everyday weight of high expectations, our therapy is here to support real, lasting transformation.
